Introduction

Claire DEVENTER is a lecturer in data analytics, management and strategic decision making.

 

She's also a researcher in digital marketing at the NaDI-CeRCLe research centre of the University of Namur, Belgium. Her research interests focus on the impact of technology on customer behaviour and experience, especially personalization and artificial intelligence technology. Her work includes analyses about product configurator systems, product recommendation systems, chatbots and more recently non-fungible tokens.

 

Besides her research, she's managing the systematic review of educational provision of the faculty of economics, social sciences and business administration of the University of Namur to maintain and improve its quality, equity and efficiency. It encompasses school self-evaluation, external evaluation (including inspection), as well as the active participation of lecturers and educational team.
