Présentation
Julie Hermans is a research associate in the Chair of Excellence for Research and Expertise in Entrepreneurship (CHEREE) at the University of Namur. She's also Assistant Professor at the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain School of Management). Her research focuses on decision-making when multiple logics of action are mobilized, such as innovation (exploration-exploitation), growth (development-consolidation), and social entrepreneurship (financial goals- social mission).
