Résumé

Passive cooling system use simple low-cost technique to provide summer comfort in warm and can also be used keep food, liquid and other materials at temperature below ambient. Radiative cooling devices require a convective shield that should reject solar radiation but be transparent in the "atmospheric window". In this paper, chemical solution deposition of the thin film CdTe (9,7 microns) onto silicon substrate (1 mm) for radiative cooling application is described. Radiative properties of the thin film wer measured by an OL-750 Spectroradiometer. The thin film has high solar band reflectance and is transparent across the full 8-13 microns which indicates that cadmium telluride film can be used as good radiative cooling material.
