Présentation

Lise-Anne joined the Research Center in Information, Law and Society (CRIDS) in September 2021. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Namur in June 2018 (Magna Cum Laude), followed by a Master’s degree in Law, specialized in corporate law, from the UCLouvain in June 2020 (Magna Cum Laude) and an LL.M in ICT Law from the University of Namur in June 2021. 
Her favorite subjects of work within ICT Law are eCommerce, Privacy law and Media law. She is also interested in Corporate law and Competition law.
As part of the CRIDS, she worked on the BESOCIAL project led by KBR which focuses on SMA (Social Media Archiving) and the legal issues it brings regarding notably IP law and Data protection. Since October 2022, she has started a PhD as part of an ASP mandate with the F.R.S.-FNRS on "Providing a legal framework of "Product-as-a-service" contracts as a way to promote circular economy".
