Description
The project aims at the realization of electronic communication service. In this context, the intervention of the CRID relates to the legal aspects and analyzes the questions which arise from the point of view of the Belgian law of the electronic communications. The modes applicable to the installation of a communication network are thus analyzed and that governing the transmission services such as they match the selected technologies and the selected businesses models
