The laws governing the process of computerization of Justice in Belgium were promulgated on August 10th, 2005, on July 10th and on August 5th, 2006, and confer to the King the role to proceed to the implementation of their dispositions. For this purpose, the Federal Public Service Justice associated the collaboration of the CRID, in partnership with Faculty of Computer Science and the Law firm HANNEQUART & RASIR
