This applied research aims at characterizing the holders and non-holders of a new loyalty card in the grocery retail industry (Champion-Mestdagh retail group). We also aim at understanding the motivations for the adoption or not of the card and the attitude of both holders and non holders towards the loyalty program and towards the retailer.
