Description

The ECODIR project deals with disputes arising out of Internet transactions involving at least one consumer (e.g; a consumer and a professional or between two consumers). Through ECODIR's website, the parties will try to find a win-win solution to their dispute. This project is lead by an international consortium consisting of the CRID, the university of Dublin and the university of Montreal.
