On line teaching activities imply the use and communication of a lot of copyrighted documents. The research aims at the study of the E-learning activity from a copyright prospective. The analysis pertains to, amongst others, right ownership, the assessment of the accuracy of E-learning exceptions to copyrights and to whether free licenses may further this activity.
