Abstract

Nowadays, information systems are increasingly complex and interconnected.
IBM and Intel offer solutions to manage these environments independently.
A proactive engine allows to control a system to which it is connected,
and react to events in real time. However, the interconnection of systems
makes the deployment of multiple engines unavoidable. This master thesis
presents possible solutions for networking several proactive engines, each
controlling a different system, but also for setting up a decision-making process
shared between them.
