Description
This survey aims to collect accurate data on the households mobility. The survey provides general statistics about mobility and also a detailed analysis of the household mobilitypatterns at the national level. It contains many descriptive variables such as modal choices, activity patterns, temporal organization of trips, associated purposes, ditances, travel times, etc.
The methodology uses a mixture of postal and telephonic retrospective protocols (over one day); these protocols have been experimenetd and optimized during a preliminary pilot survey. The main survey last for 365 consecutive days.
