Multistream Scheduling in Cellular Networks as a Coupled Optimization Problem

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

To improve radio resource management in current and future standards (UMTS, LTE), several users are entitled to transmit simultaneously within a given cell. The selection of these users is a complex problem, since their transmissions are likely to interfere with each other. The thesis tackles this coupled optimization problem in interference-limited cellular networks.
