Description
The research aims at clarifying the concept of publishing in a context of media convergence and taking into account the large number of implicated actors. The main question consists in wondering if it is suitable to transpose traditionnal publishing liability rules on Internet. A comparative analysis of Belgian, Burkinabe and French law will be done.
