Development of a microelectronic DNA chip for clinical diagnostic

The BIOPUCES project is to developped electronic biochips in which current are used to fix DNA capture probes at specific location on the chip and modulate binding of the target DNA on their specific capture probe. New detection methods based on electronic detection of the target DNA are also in development.
