Description
The aim of this project is to elaborate a microarray for the expression analysis of "ATP binding cassettes" (ABC), transport proteins involved in the process of resistance of leukemia against chemotherapies. Prospective studies will be conducted to determine the relevancy of the expression of 40 ABC in the process of resistance.
