Automatic device for molecular diagnostic by use of microfluidic manipulations and electronic detection

The main goal of this project is to produce a manufacturable prototype performing an on-chip electrical detection of DNA sequences. In particular, this chip, will offer the possibility to discriminate rapidly and precisely single nucleotide mutations. In addition, this work focuses on dynamic (or real-time) monitoring of DNA hybridiation.
