Résumé

This thesis focuses on the development and implementation of a chatbot assistant for employees, based on a case study carried out during an internship at GSK. The main objective is to create a comprehensive framework for the efficient development of a user-centric chatbot assistant. Using the UTAUT framework, the research combines quantitative and qualitative methods to examine chatbot-human collaboration, design features and their impact on workplace and user satisfaction. The study explores roles and responsibilities in chatbot-employee interactions, and assesses how the chatbot's functional and form features affect user satisfaction and intention to continue using it in the workplace. Finally, the thesis provides insights to design efficient and user-centric chatbots for employees, making a contribution to the field of chatbot acceptance and use.
