Decentralized applications (DApps) provide transparent, secure and unmediated solutions for digital technologies, giving them a considerable advantage over centralized applications. However, their adoption remains severely limited due to challenges related to user experience (UX) and onboarding.
This thesis therefore aims to identify the main obstacles and propose recommendations for improving their UX and facilitating onboarding within these applications. Through qualitative interviews with experts, the necessary requirements to optimize these aspects are elicited and analyzed.
The results of this research should contribute to a better adoption of DApps, making them more accessible and user-friendly for the public.
