Résumé

Terbogrel, a mixed thromboxane A₂ receptor antagonist and thromboxane A₂ synthase inhibitor, shows a hair-pin like conformation stabilized by an intramolecular hydrogen bond. A structural feature characteristic of the thromboxane A₂ synthase inhibitor mode is observed. The structural properties of the compound are studied to understand the dual mode of action. H atoms were located in difference Fourier maps and then refined.
