Résumé
Acidic and redox properties of SAPO-37 are studied by means of infrared and EPR spectroscopies respectively. Upon dehydroxylation between 975 and 1175 K, Lewis acid sites are formed together with oxidizing and reducing centers. Simultaneously, the catalytic activity in the cracking of n-octane is increased.
