N2 - The strengths of 87 individual lines in the v-band and 27 individual lines in the v-band of CDCl have been measured at low pressure at 296 K, using a tunable diode-laser spectrometer. Using these measurements, we find that the vibrational band strength S is (55.64±2.39) cm-atm for the v-band and (40.27±0.91) cm-atm for the v-band.
