Résumé
This paper offers a reflection on the nature of language and modes of visualizing it, and then presents the content analysis software Evoq©z. We intend to reconceptualize language. Based on post structural and phenomenological inspiration, language is not viewed as a means of communication that the speaker can completely master. Rather, it is viewed as a polysémie semantic environment in which the speaker is immersed. Isolating semantic fields make it possible to capture the way the perceived world is collectively constructed and taken for granted by an individual or a group within a language environment. By capturing enacted organizational language, we suggest that Evoq is a powerful tool for ' Reconstruction "and change on a practical level and a useful analytic tool for the field of organization studies.
