Résumé

BIGRE is a distributed generic service integration framework based on service semantics trying to solve the service interoperability problem. BIGRE uses ontologies describing service technical features and bioinformatics concepts. Client, Mediators and Wrapper are design-focused on easy acessibility for end users and service integrators.
