Summer school on access to justice for children

Description

The residential school, realized within the framework of the European Project " Training Activities for Legal Experts on children rights (T.A.L.E)", will be an opportunity for experts (lawyers and magistrates) to discuss in depth themes like the use of international instruments to promote and protect the rights of the child, how to guarantee the hearing of children in judicial and administrative proceedings, etc. During the Summer school the participants will also discuss how to embed the materials in mainstream training programmes, and to disseminate the materials to a wide audience to maximise their use.
