The business world always tries to improve the manners of working with the purpose to enhance the productivity and profitability of companies. In the years, IT systems have been adopted by enterprises to add value and enhance productivity. However, the question is what could be the impacts of an integration of the IT system such as an ERP project into a company that already works without it. An ERP project is a huge investment that can bring performance enhancement but also negative impacts. People have a good knowledge about all those new systems. With the intervention of the good ones, it is possible to define the impacts of such integration. Steps of implementations, factors of success and finally impacts of integration will be developed.
