Multiple systems, composed of several asteroids rotating around their common center of mass, are common in the solar system but misunderstood. These systems can be very different from each other due to their location, the shape of the bodies or their rotations. In this thesis, we carry out several studies on the subject by considering two types of multiple systems: satellites of asteroids and double asteroids. In the first part, we detect gravitational resonances between an ellipsoid in constant rotation and a point mass. Next, we determine the main resonances surrounding the triple system (87) Sylvia and other triple systems known. The evolution of these systems by tidal effects and BYORP is then analyzed. In the second part, we seek to understand the lack of binary asteroids among Plutinos. Finally, we express the interaction potential in the symmetric trace free tensor formalism and we test it on the double system (66391) 1999 KW4.
