Proposition d'une démarche dédiée à la conduite de projets d'innovation

Abstract

Innovation projects form a specific type of software projects. Their management must be different. The scope of this work is to propose a specific management way for this type of projects. This way shoud be proactive and dynamic. It uses a particular process partition which involves decentralization of decision points. We use two points of view to explain the framework. The first is organizational and displays relationships between the differents actor's tasks. The second is functional and explains how the processes work. Our framework can be used in an organization to start innovation project management formalization.
