: une vision citoyenne

Abstract

This thesis is meant to be a user-centered approach to the E-government concept. The first part of our work consists in searching documents and essays, as well as in analyzing the maximum amount of governmental web sites, in order to find the most important definitions and good practices concerning E-government. We then commit ourselves to studying the citizen’s needs and requests, by analyzing existing surveys as well as by making our own surveys. The last part of this thesis consists in the creation of a vade-mecum containing all the advices and good practices to be used by administrations wishing to create a citizen centered governmental web site.
