E-business is an opportunity for most companies to increase their profit, espacially by entering new markets, cost cuts and disintermediation. Nevertheless, small and medium-sized enterprises don’t have the same financial and human resources as large companies and their transition to e-business remains difficult. That is why assistance initiatives for SME must be set up and a software environment of development support of an e-business project could solve this problem. In this dissertation, after having introduced the concept of e-business, we analyse an existing software environment: "le guide de l’e-business" made by "l’Agence Wallonne des Télécommunications". On the basis of a thorough study of the concepts of value proposition and "matrice d’activités" proposed by the AWT, we also elaborated an alternative of this existing environment: "l’éditeur de projet e-business".
