Le MAPEMASS, un master de spécialisation qui forme à l’accompagnement avec les ressources de l’analyse des pratiques professionnelles

This text presents the teaching units of the Master of Specialization in Coaching of Professionals in Education, Management, Social Action and Health (MAPEMASS) which train in the analysis of professional practices (APP). It shows a programme that uses APP as a major resource. It is both an object on which participants are trained and a pedagogical resource for learning to support. However, training alone is not enough to develop and maintain active skills in facilitating and using the APP. This is why the program offers follow-up autonomous practice analysis groups and supports the development of a network of program alumni.
