Abstract
Nowadays, an enterprise must be able to rapidly modify its business model but also its strategy, its organization, its business processes and its supporting ICT systems. All these changes in the models must be coherent with each other. In this paper, we present the problem and we propose a methodology in order to improve the alignment between Business Models and Business Processes Models.
