Abstract
Facing with the new technologies and the technoscience under the influence of the global market, the ethical judgment becomes more and more complex today. In order to "civilize the globalization", we should open the debate on new biotechnologies, essentially led by the experts and the media, to the autorities and the citizens. Talking about sustainable development and global quality is, in opposition to the present tendency, taking into account the multiple goals of the civil society. The associative networks are important mediation and communication tools that can help us to take up this challenge.
