According to the new decree about the terminal competences in French, that recommends to assure the knowledge of the great movements in French literature, what timeline can be created to guide the French teacher of secondary school ' The project implies the making of a timeline for the class and a set of explicative cards for the teacher, showing the great movements of the French literary history, and including Belgian writers : characteristics, outstanding authors and works, links with the great historical events and the main artistic movements.
