Description
In the context of the review of « the acquis communautaire », the European Commission is now launching a consultation of all interested parties on the basis of a working paper. The consultation aims at completing the legal analysis and allowing further assessment of the impact of possible changes. All interested parties were invited to send their comments on the working paper before 31 October 2004. CRID has sent comments on the working paper to the European Commission.
