Description
The seuqnecing of several Brucella genomes allowed the prediction of coding sequences for these species. In a post-genomic approach, we propose to amplify all the predicted coding sequences and to clone them by recombination. We are intended to test protein-protein interactions using yeast two hybrid, for which vectors have been constructed.
