Description
The use of copyrighted works in teaching activities is an indispensable tool to carry out education. Copyright may represent an obstacle to these uses. In order to overcome this problem, copyright laws contain limitations on copyright for educational purposes. This thesis analyses the teaching limitations on copyright from the International, Spanish and Comparative Law, and it presents the policy option to facilitate the use of copyrighted work in teaching activities without damaging the interest of rightholders.
