Description
Most of the common interventional instruments aren't fitted to MRI investigations. Some industrials propose instruments and devices weakly ferromagnetic but having the disadvantage of inducing a distorsion in the image, making it unexploitable. NiTi Cardiatis Stent distinguish from the other ones by its better MRI visibility. Goals of VISMAT are thus to study surface properties of NiTi at each step of the Cardiatis process aiming to apply these MRI visibility properties to other materials.
