The purpose of the project is to highlight specific questions linked to the application to the mobile sector of the new legal framework related to electronic communication networks and services.The questions processed mainly relate to:- the relevant market definition for ex ante regulation in the mobile sector- the market analysis and designation of dominant undertakings as well as the imposition of remedies in the mobile sector
