Study of the structure-function relationship of the Omp2b porin of Brucella abortus

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

Structural basis of the activity of Omp2b, a pore-forming protein from Brucella abortus. Modeling of the protein topology. Random ( pentapeptdidogenesis) and site-directed mutageneses in order to determine the residues involved in the pore-forming activity.
