Description
Study of the communication between lysosomes and nuclei. Two major approaches will be developped to identify new transcription factors involved in cell response to a lysosomal dysfunction and to study their functional role in the modifications that are induced.Animal models and cell lines derived from patients affected by lysosomal storage diseases will also be used.
