Description

Properties study (structure, elemental composition, tribology, colours, ...) of decorative coatings (TiN, ZrN, TiAlN) deposited on steels by using reactive DC magnetron sputtering. One important part of this work will be the study of the nucleation of these films on iron substrates artificially oxidized and carburized.
