Study of the molecular mechanisms involved in cell death by an endoplasmic reticulum stress in myeloma and lymphoma cells

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

Responses induced by a reticulum stress in myeloma and B/T lymphoma cells, with photo-activation of hypericin, a photo-toxic molecule, often used in photo-dynamic therapy, in order to study the molecules involved in the corresponding signalling and to better understand the mechanisms of cell death in myeloma and lymphoma cells.
