Study of the mechanisms involved in the adipocyte dedifferentiation induced by mitochondrial uncoupling : role of mitochondrial biogenesis

Project: PHD

Project Details

Description

The goal of this research is to dertermine and identify new mechanisms involved in the adipocyte dedifferentiation induced by a mild mitochondria uncoupling. The research should also bring results on the characterization of mitochondria population in cells that dedifferentiate. To achieve these goals, mitochondrial proteome as well as characterization of transcription factor activity involved in mitochondrial biogenesis will be done.
