Project Details

Description

Recently we demonstrated that Brucella is able to assemble a polar and sheathed flagellum under some precise in vitro conditions, that the fliF gene is induced intracellularly, and that the fliF, flgE, fliC, flhA and motA mutants are attenated in mice. Actually, we study the function and the regulation of this flagellum in Brucella.
