Spectrocopy of methane to atmospheric modelisation

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

Methane is the most abundant organic trace gas in our atmosphere. In this project, we plan to study with accuracy the line parameters (intensities, collisional broadenings and narrowings) as well as their temperature dependence. In particular, we will study the CH4+N2, CH4+O2 and CH4+Ar mixtures.
