Spatio-temporal cartographic modelling of rural to residential landuse mutations in the urban region of Namur

This doctoral work aims to model the spread of residential surfaces in the urban region of Namur (10 communes). The methodology is based on a cellular automaton approach. The final goal of this model is to realize some simulations of the evolution of built surfaces in the medium term (10-20 years). (pending research)
