Regions are not on an equal footing with respect to entrepreneurial dynamics : which could be
the explanatory contribution of the economist '
Researches are bought into a triple direction :
- descriptive : with a critical examination of data available in Belgium in matter of entrepreneurial
phenomena;
- explanatory : by the review of theoretical arguments as they appear in the ecnomic literature;
- lastly, by testing these theoretical arguments by means of econometric tools.
