Description
Within this biannual project, we plan to construct a model to describe the formation of expectations under social interactions, closely related to the one proposed in [Aldashev, G. and T. Carletti, The Role of Extremists in Opinion Dynamics, Working Paper, FUNDP, Namur, 2006.]. Each agent faces uncertainty about the future realization of some future macroeconomic variable, furthermore each agent also has some prior information concerning this variable.
