Project Details

Description

The YAG oscillator is mode-bloqued by a frequency-doubling nonlinear mirror. A single impulsion is amplified by multiple passes and pumps an optical parametric generator/amplifier tunable in the visible (410-2800 nm) and infrared (2.5-10 µm) spectral ranges. This picosecond, tunable laser has a high pulse energy. This advantageous, all-solid-state set-up avoids the maintenance of a dye cell.
