The aim of this work is the development of a software program for the simulation of images obtained with the electron projection microscope (FPM). The calculations are taking into account the helical symmetry of the concerned molecules as the nanotubes or the DNA. These simulations will allow the determination of the microscope capabilities mostly concerning the observation of biological molecules.
